Important information about hearing aid repair
If the problem with your hearing aid is something easily repaired like simple wax and IF your local hearing aid center can help you WITHOUT sending your hearing aid out of their office then let them.
If however, you bring your hearing aid into a retail office (local hearing aid center) and they tell you that you have to buy a new hearing aid or they tell you that they need to send the hearing aid out to be repaired tell them no thank you. Send your hearing aid direct to us and cut out the middleman.
Here's why.
If they send your hearing aid out to a hearing aid repair lab like ours their office will occure a charge then you receive an added charge of about 100% to 200% markup.
If they send your hearing aid to the manufacturer the cost to you will probably be even higher.
Save yourself a lot of money and heartache. Send your hearing aid repair directly to us. We will repair your hearing aid and get it to spec for $99 or $119 for CICs and BTEs, $7 for S/H and we back our work with a six-month warranty.

When we repair a hearing aid we go through that digital hearing aid with a fine tooth comb. Our hearing aid repair lab will replace any and all frayed or weak areas as well as weak mics and/or receivers.
Approx. 95% of all hearing aids sent to us are repaired for $99 each (CIC's and BTEs are an additional $20) and come with a six-month-warranty.
Options - First Option - If for some reason our repair lab can not fix your hearing aid you will have the option of us returning your hearing aid to you at no cost. Second option - You may may give us your permission to send the hearing aid to the original manufacturer for an estimate. If you decide to have your hearing aid repaired by the manufacturer you may expect a savings of about 50% by going through our company compaired to retail pricing.
If for some reason your hearing aid can not be repaired by our lab or the manufacturer, there will be NO charge to you.
All Repaired Hearing Aids Are Sent Back To You 2-3 Day Priority Mail
Hearing Aid Reshell cost is $250.00 and backed with a 6-month warranty. Please provide an ear impression for your reshell. Hearing aid reshells include complete refurbishing (except digital chip).
RIC Replacement is $90. We also install proper hearing aid faceplates for $180.00

Then place the hearing aids and protective padding into a CRUSH PROOF box or container. Place a note in the box with your hearing aid describing in your own words what is wrong with your hearing aid. No matter what you tell us we will still go through the entire hearing aid to determine all the problems and potential problems. We highly recommend that you send your hearing aid to us registered and insured. We are not responsible if your hearing aids never make it to our location. If you are paying by check please make it out for $99 or $119 plus $7 for S/H (CIC and BTE Hearing Aids are $119 each) and payable to Ahearingaid.comŽ.
